Joe Sherfield, Jr.

Joe Sherfield, Jr. age 61, of 2 Worth Street, Greenville died Sunday, Nov. 11th at his home.
Mr. Sherfield was born in Clinton and was the son of the late Joe and Ellen Casey Sherfield. He was an employee of Orian Rugs in Greenville.
He is survived by three sons, James David Sherfield and Bobby Joe Sherfield both of Union, and Tony Ray Sherfield of Clinton; a daughter, Jeanne Nicole Sherfield of Greenville; a brother, Frank Sherfield of Clinton; four sisters, Bertha Edgins, Pearl Shockley, Lila Sanders all of Clinton, and Catherine Sherfield of Laurens; and four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 10:00 a.m. in the Gray Funeral Home Chapel in Clinton with burial in Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
The family will be at the home of his sister, Catherine Sherfield at 1788 Fleming Street Ext. in Laurens.
