John Wayne Downs, age 65, of 128 Memory Lane, passed away Sunday, May 26, 2019. He was born in Waynesville, NC and was a son of the late Grady and Lessie Haney Downs.
Mr. Downs is survived by his wife, Stephanie A. Downs of the home; his five sons, Allan Cowart of FL, Adam Downs of Enoree, Randy Downs of NC, John W. Downs, II of Enoree, and Joseph Downs of Enoree; his two daughters, Megan Ritchie of FL and Aubree Lance of NC; his sister, Louise Johnson; and his four grandchildren.
A Graveside Service will be held Thursday, June 6, 2019 at 12:30 PM at family cemetery in Enoree. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 11 to 12 PM at the Gray Funeral Home of Laurens.
