John Lewis Wallace

 John Lewis Wallace, age 67, of Clinton, SC, passed away on Monday, November 11, 2024, at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital from complications due to a massive stroke. 

 Born July 20, 1957 in Spartanburg, SC, he was the son of the late Lewis N. Wallace and Arminta L. Wallace. John graduated from Clinton High School and Presbyterian College. A lover of music, John truly enjoyed his job as a radio DJ at WPCC in Clinton, SC, during his younger years. 

 John is survived by several cousins, Jane Wallace Parsons, Mary Ann Jackson Tyndall, John Wallace Jackson, Caroline Langston Woodberry and Caroline Langston Greene. 

 Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM, on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at the Gray Funeral Home Chapel of Clinton, with Rev. Watson Gunderson and Rev. Sam Roper officiating. Burial will follow at the Laurens City Cemetery. 

 The family will greet visitors prior to the service from 1:00-2:00 PM at the funeral home.
