John B. Smith

John B. Smith, age 84 formerly of 402 Jefferson Street Street , died Thursday, September 30, 2010 in Agape of Conway.
He was born in Toccoa, GA and was the son of the late William B. and Nettie Black Smith.
He was a retired painting contractor and was a member of the Masonic Lodge.
Surviving are a son, John Albert Smith and wife, Peggy of North Myrtle Beach; two grandsons, John Albert Smith, Jr. and wife Kelly of Greenwood, and Sgt. Stephen Smith and wife, Shalynn of Fort Drum, New York; and eight great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, Oct. 2nd at 3:00 p.m. in the Gray Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends Saturday before the service from 1:00 to 3:00 at Gray Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Davidson Street Baptist Church, 400 Davidson Street, Clinton, SC 29325.
