Joseph Wesley Holder, Sr.

Joseph Wesley Holder, Sr., age 73, of 26370 Hwy 72 East, died Tuesday, Nov. 4th in the Laurens County Hospital.
He was born in Clinton and was a son of the late John T. and Margaret Rawls Holder. He was retired from Greenwood Mills and was a US Army Veteran.
Surviving are two sons, Joseph Wesley Holder, Jr. of Clinton and Michael Holder of Texas; one step-son, Richard Tollison of Clinton, three daughters, Debra Holder Brook of Whitmire, Regina Ann Parry of Clinton and Margaret Holder of Ninety Six; one step-daughter, Deaudra Carmax of Greenwood, two brothers, George Holder of Laurens and Benjamin Holder of Honea Path; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by three sisters and one brother.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, Nov. 6th at 4:00 p.m. in Gray Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 3 to 4 p.m. before the service.
