Joshua Wayne Dickert

Joshua Wayne Dickert, age 26, of Jalalpa Road, died Saturday, Jan. 28, 2012 in Laurens.
He was born in Union and was a son of Rev. Tony Dickert and Lenora Revels Dickert of Whitmire.
He was an employee of Smith Cleaning Service; a member of Central Avenue Baptist Church, and an avid hunter and fisherman. He had been called into the ministry and loved to sing.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife, Mandy Price Dickert of the home, children, Adam Price, Shannon Price and Anthony Wayne Dickert; sisters, Della (Daniel) Garland, Lindsey (James) Harris and Miriam Dickert all of Whitmire.
He was predeceased by a son, Tony Wayland Dickert.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, Feb. 1, at 1:00 p.m. at Central Avenue Baptist Church with burial in Whitmire Cemetery.
The family will receive friends, Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Gray Funeral Home.
The family will be at the home of his parents, 508 Eaves Road., Whitmire.
