Juanita D. Davenport

Juanita D. Davenport, age 63, of 842 Glenn St. Ext. and widow of Reeder “Snooty” Davenport died Monday, January 10, 2011 in the Newberry Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Laurens County and was the daughter of the late Leroy and Geneva Leopard Dean.
Mrs. Davenport was a homemaker and a member of the Freedom Baptist Church.
She is survived by two sons, Tim Whitman and wife, Sharon of Ninety Six and Marvin Whitman and wife, Pam of LaFrance; three daughters, Michelle D. Moore and Tammy Lominack and husband, Donnie all of Newberry and Becky Fowler and husband, David of Simpsonville; two brothers, Edgar Leroy Dean of Clinton and Eugene Dean of Newberry; a sister, Annie Mae Smith of Clinton; 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by two sisters and two brothers.
Funeral service will be conducted Thursday at 2:00 p.m. in the Freedom Baptist Church with interment in the Newberry Memorial Gardens.
The body will be taken to the home of her daughter, Michelle Moore, 1808 Milligan St., Newberry.
