Juanita Lehman Davenport, age 86, formerly of Reeder St. and widow of John Henry Davenport, Jr. died Friday, October 14, 2011 at the NHC of Laurens.
She was born in Cross Anchor and was the daughter of the late George Dewey and Lucille Tucker Lehman.
Mrs. Davenport was a homemaker and a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Joanna.
She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Ron and Jane Davenport of Dothan, AL; a daughter and son-in-law, Janet and Tim Kuykendall of Laurens; grandchildren, Brad Davenport and his wife, Lauren of Apex, NC, Rob
Davenport and Rebecca Davenport both of Atlanta, GA, Renee Kuykendall and Derek Kuykendall both of Laurens; a great grandchild, Lincoln Davenport of Apex, NC.
She was predeceased by a brother, Edward Lehman and a sister, Joan Lehman Hollingsworth.
A memorial service will be held Monday at 4:00 p.m. in the Gray Funeral Home Chapel.
The family will receive friends immediately after the service.
