Juanita Peay Lewis

Juanita Peay Lewis age 68 formerly of Whitmire and widow of Donald Lewis, died Wednesday, September 1, 2010 in the Gaston Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Whitmire and was a daughter of the late Harold Davis and Doris Lee Peay.
Mrs. Lewis was a homemaker.
She is survived by two sons, Carl Lewis of Belmont, NC and Ronald Lewis of Newberry; two daughters, Deborah Ellis of Belmont, NC and Donna Lewis of Union; a Godson, Keith Ashe of Hartsville; a brother, Butch Peay of Whitmire; a sister, Sandra Peay of Whitmire; seven grandchildren, Michael Lewis, Dean Ellis, John Mullen, Kimberly Lewis, Amy Lewis, Benjamin LaCons and Alexandrea LaCons; four great-grandchildren, Sierra Lewis, Chloe Wolfe, Katherine LaCons, and Mya Ellis.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, Sept. 5th at 4:00 p.m. at the Heritage Wesleyan Church with burial in the Whitmire Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Sunday before the service from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Church.
