Judy Davis Snelgrove

Judy Davis Snelgrove, age 73, of 602 Forest Road, passed away Thursday, February 7, 2019 at the Hospice of Laurens county.
She was born in Belton, SC and was the daughter of the late Lester and Rosie Ford Davis. Mrs. Snelgrove was a member of the First Pentecostal Holiness Church of Clinton.
“Hold on to the Love, not the Loss”, she loved her family and friends to the moon and back, and never gave up on anyone. “You have left this world of sorrow and are free from pain and harm, and now rest in peace and comfort, in the blessed savior’s arms.”
Mrs. Snelgrove is survived by her husband, Tolan Snelgrove of the home; her sons, Shannon Stevenson Russ, Jr. of Clinton, Jayln Koon of Clinton and Dale Snelgrove of Laurens; her daughters, Crystal Gibbs and husband Dinky of Clinton and Melane Ganny and husband Gordon of Camden, SC; a brother, Roger Davis; a sister, Pat Rushton; Grandchildren, Brooke Russ, Shanna Jones and husband Rick, Brandon Russ, Brayden Gibbs; Great-grandchildren, Kyler Russ, Judelay Russ, Jaycie Jones, Drake Jones, Braelynne Russ and Jenleigh Torres.
In addition to her parents she is predeceased by her sister Kathy Alewine.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, February 10, 2019 at the First Pentecostal Holiness Church of Clinton at 3:00 PM with interment at Pinelawn Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends prior to the service at the church from 2:00 to 3:00 PM.
