Julia Hayes Watson

Julia Hayes Watson, age 77, formerly of 893 Hwy. 49 and widow of Samuel Kenneth Watson died Friday, May 29, 2009 in the Rosemond Living Center in Pickens.
She was born in Pickens County and was the daughter of the late Ossie and Ernestine Trotter Hayes.
Mrs. Watson was a former employee of Inman Mills in Enoree and was a member of the Griffin Baptist Church in Pickens.
She is survived by two daughters, Teresa (Terri) Breazeale and husband, Lynn of Pickens and Kenna W. Allen and husband, Jeff of Laurens; a son, Lynn Jones of Pickens; a sister, Sybil Hughes of Columbia; five grandchildren, Chester and Alexis Breazeale of Pickens, Matthew Jones of Pickens and Jenna and Josh Allen of Laurens.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 3:00 p.m. in the Gray Funeral Home Chapel of Laurens with interment in the Yarbrough Chapel Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

The family will be at the home of her daughter, Kenna W. Allen, 105 Spring Road, Laurens.
