Katherine B. Williams

Katherine B. Williams age 87, widow of Ben Williams, Sr. entered into life eternal Thursday, June 18, 2010 at the National Healthcare of Clinton.
She was born in Spartanburg County and was a daughter of the late John Paul and Lois Velma Nichols Brown.
Mrs. Williams was a retired employee of Thornwell Home and School for Children and the last surviving charter member of Lydia Mill Church of God.
She is survived by five sons, Frank Williams, Jr. of Fort Worth, TX, Royce Williams of Ware Shoals, Ron Williams of Ware Shoals, Johnny Williams of Clinton, and Paul Williams of Joanna; two daughters, Joyce Wallace of Clinton, and Susan Young of Cross Hill; two sisters, Jean Brown of Union and Helen Williams
of Clinton; twelve grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
She was predeceased by a daughter Ruth Williams.
Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday at 2:00 p.m. at the Lydia Mill Church of God with burial in the Rosemont Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Saturday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
The family will be at the home of her daughter, Susan Young, 332 Billy Leopard Road, Cross Hill, SC.
