Kathryn Hill Campbell

Dateline-Laurens, SC

Kathryn Hill Campbell, age 87, a resident of Langston Place and formerly of Gray Court, and widow of Thomas William Campbell, Sr., passed away Tuesday, April 25, 2017, at the Hospice House of Laurens County.
She was born in Gray Court and was the daughter of the late Silas Berry and Ethel Smith Hill.
Mrs. Campbell was a member of Chestnut Ridge Baptist Church.
Surviving are her three sons, Thomas William Campbell, Jr. (Diane) of Greenville, Berry Allen Campbell (Alane) of Columbia, and Wayne Taylor Campbell (Kim) of Gray Court; and her two daughters, Freida Campbell Farmer of Clinton and Jo Ann Campbell Brown (David) of Guatemala.
Funeral services will be held Friday, April 28th, at 2 PM, at Chestnut Ridge Baptist Church, with burial in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1 to 2 PM at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Hospice of Laurens County, P. O. Box 178, Clinton, SC 29325; the Gideons, P. O. Box 646, Clinton, SC 29325; or to the WMU at Chestnut Ridge Baptist Church, 499 Chestnut Ridge Rd., Laurens, SC 29360.
The family will be at the home of Freida Campbell Farmer located at 106 Hillcrest Dr., Clinton, SC 29325.
