Kayla Marie Stephens King

Kayla Marie Stephens King, age 26, of 411 Duckett St. passed away October 29, 2013 at the Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.
She was born in Union and was the daughter of Chuck Stephens and Angie Stone Stephens, and step-father Jacob Overton.
She is survived by her husband, James King, of Whitmire; son Xzye King, age 7; daughters Jayda King, age 8, and Kassidy King, age 5; grandparents, Nancy Glenn, Melvin Stone, and Becky James; mother-in-law Tina Steen; sisters Jennifer Collier Saverance and her husband, Chris, Dawn Wallen, Chelsea “Sweet Pea” Wallen, several half brothers and sisters; and 9 nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, November 3rd at 3:00 PM at Friendship Baptist Church in Whitmire with Rev. Paul Rowe, Rev. Eddie Bledsoe, and Rev. Glenn Walker officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 6 to 8 PM at the church.
