Kenneth Gary Wilkerson

Kenneth Gary Wilkerson, age 57, of 904 Carlisle Hwy. died Friday, January 9, 2009 in the Wallace Thomson Hospital in Union.
He was born in Newberry County and was the son of Jean K. Wilkerson of Whitmire and the late Frank Kenneth Wilkerson.
Mr. Wilkerson was a former employee of Kayser Roth Co. in Newberry, was a member of Bethesda Baptist Church and was a member of the National Guard.
He is also survived by his wife, Betty Sue Gibson Wilkerson of the home; two daughters, Ashley Jeane Wilkerson and Ginger Kaye Wilkerson both of Lexington; a step-daughter, Donna Whitmire of Aiken; a sister, Vicky Lynn Moates of Blythwood and four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 2:00 p.m. at the Gray Funeral Home Chapel with interment in the Whitmire Cemetery.
The family will receive friend Monday from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
