William L. Lambert, Jr. age 66, of 170 Cypress St. and widower of Violet E. Lambert died Sunday, December 17, 2006 at the NHC of Clinton.
Mr. Lambert was born in Clinton and was the son of the late William L. Lambert, Sr. and Genelle Ross Lambert.
He was retired from Clinton Mills, attended Freewill Baptist Church and was a member of the U.S. Army National Guard.
He is survived by a daughter, Tabitha Jonelle Lambert of Newberry; a step-son, Jeff Wheatley of Anderson; three grandchildren, Justin Lambert, Kahla Lambert and Craig Wheatley; a very special friend, Mildred Godfrey of Enoree.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. at the Gray Funeral Home Chapel with interment in the Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
