Larry Walker

Larry A. Walker, age 66, of 468 Rocky Springs Church Road, died Thursday, May 31, 2007 at his home.
He was born in Tryon, NC and was the son of the late James Alfred and Pauline Kuykendall Walker.
Mr. Walker was retired from maintenance at Whitten Center, was a “jack of all trades” and was an avid golfer.
He was a member of Bellview Baptist Church for over fifty years and was a United States Navy Veteran.
Mr. Walker is survived by his wife, Sandra Turner Walker of the home; a daughter, Tammy Walker Abbott of Darlington; three brothers, Floyd (Millie) Walker of Dunn, NC, Julian (Carolyn) Walker of Clinton, and Loyd (Kay) Walker of Stanley, NC; two sisters, Dot Robinson of Laurens, and Joyce (William) Adair of Clinton; and one granddaughter, Maggie Walker Abbott.
He was predeceased by a brother, Glenn Walker.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, June 3rd at 4:00 p.m. at Bellview Baptist Church with interment in the Bellview Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the home.
