Laura Davis Scoggins

Laura Davis Scoggins, age 83, of 124 Strawberry Dr. went to be with the Lord, Friday, March 5, 2010 in the Regional Hospice House in Spartanburg.
She was born in Greenwood County and was the daughter of the late Thomas Benjamin and Clara Bradford Davis.
Mrs. Scoggins was retired from Laurens Mill and was a member of the First United Methodist Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Vickie Thompson of Laurens and Cheryl Bishop of the home; 6 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
She was predeceased by her husbands, George Shultz, Jr. and Charles Scoggins and 5 brothers and 1 sister.
Graveside services will be conducted Sunday at 4:00 p.m. in the Forest Lawn Cemetery in Laurens. The family will receive friends immediately after the service.
The family will be at the home of her daughter, Vickie Thompson, 2081 Rabon Rd., Laurens.
