Linda P. Knight, age 68, of 3987 Hwy 49, died Friday, April 11, 2014 at the Hospice House of Laurens County. Born in Clinton, she was the daughter of the late Macon W. and Bernice Ellis Prather. Mrs. Knight worked as a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Jimmy Knight, of the home; daughters Brenda Lee of Whitmire and Brook Knight of Laurens; sisters Terry Boyter and Geraldine Hastings, both of Clinton; brothers Randy Prather and Steve Prather of Whitmire, Mitchell Prather of Mountville, and Myron Prather of Folly Beach; grandchild, Dakota Lee; and special nieces Adrienne Trammell and Sabra Newsome. She was predeceased by a sister, Carol Pressley.
Graveside services will be held on Sunday, April 13, 2014 at 3:00 PM at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
