Lorene B. League, age 86, of National Health Care in Clinton died Wednesday, April 2, 2008. She was the widow of Morris H. (Bill) League.
Mrs. League was born in Colbert, GA and was the daughter of the late Thurston B. and Lillie Herring Burroughs.
Mrs. League was a retired teacher for Whitten Center and was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Surviving are three daughters, Shirley Hollis of Wilmington, NC, Grace Coleman of Clinton and Marsha Orr of Clinton; one brother in law, Ellis Huffstetler, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be conducted Friday at 4:30 p.m. in Rosemont Cemetery in Clinton.
The family is at the home of her daughter, Grace Coleman, 500 Hickory St., Clinton, SC 29325.
Gray Funeral Home of Clinton is serving the family.
