Louise Jones Els

Louise Jones Revels, age 89, widow of Robert F. Revels passed away Monday, October 17, 2022 at her home.
She was born in Whitmire, SC and was a daughter of the late Marshall and Lillie Bell Palmer Jones. She was a retired employee of J.P. Stevens, owner of Revels Auction, and a member of Pine Ridge Baptist Church. She enjoyed playing the piano, and especially cooking for her family. She will be remembered for loving everyone unconditionally.
She is survived by two sons, Bobby Revels (Celeste) of Heath Springs, SC and Marshall Revels of Whitmire; three daughters, Linda Jennings (Robbie) of Whitmire, Rita Mullins of Whitmire, and Rhonda Knight (James) of Camden; two brothers, Robert Jones (Rosemary) of Greenville, Bud Jones (Suzanne) of York and was blessed with eleven grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband she put up with for 68 years, she is predeceased by her daughter, Becky Mars, a granddaughter, Melissa Mars Hood and grandson, Zachary “Zack” Revels.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2022 at 1 PM at the Pine Ridge Baptist Church in Whitmire. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:00 to 1:00 PM at the church.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Agape Hospice, 326 Montague Ave, Greenwood, SC 29646.
The family will be at the home, 95 Tidmarsh Dr. Whitmire, SC 29178.
