Louise E. Blackwell

Louise E. Blackwell, age 80, of 215 Lakewood Drive and widow of Roy James Blackwell died Wednesday, November 12, 2008 in the White Oak Manor in Newberry.
She was born in Charlotte, NC and was the daughter of the late Douglas and Ida Mae Trammell English.
Mrs. Blackwell was retired from Clinton Mills, was a foster grandparent for 10 years and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Brian and Gail Blackwell of Clinton; three brothers, Tony English and Mac English of Whitmire and Terry English of Union; three sisters, Kate Arrowood, Nancy Brock and Ruth Shields all of Whitmire; grandchildren, Vera Neaderhiser and Jeff Blackwell of Clinton and Stephanie Sullivan and husband Henry of Kinards; great grandchildren, Courtney Neaderhiser, Shelby Neaderhiser, Reid Neaderhiser, Austin Blackwell, Abbygail Blackwell and Hayleigh Blackwell all of Clinton and Cameron Blackwell and Sophia Sullivan both of Kinards; one great great grandchild, Brody Garrett of Clinton.
She was predeceased by a son, Jimmy Blackwell and two brothers, David English and Kenneth English.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 2:00 p.m. in the Gray Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Rosemont Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
