Lynn Walden Cooper, Jr. died Easter Sunday, April 16, 2017.
Lynn was born in Clinton, SC and was a son of the late Elizabeth Wise and Lynn Walden Cooper, Sr.
Mr. Cooper graduated from Clinton High School and attended his beloved Presbyterian College. Mr. Cooper was the longtime owner of Cooper Motor Company and held numerous positions in civic, church and business organizations.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Jeral Kennington Cooper; three daughters, Jerri Lynne Lamb (Steve), Leslie Anne Jackson (Greg), Missi Youngblood (Alan) and one son, Lynn Walden (Chip) Cooper III (Miki); grandchildren, Abbie Lamb, Besh Fleeman, Cooper Jackson, Ella and Lois Cooper.
The family would like to express their gratitude to Lynn’s incredible caregivers: Willie Hill, Regina Smith and Leslie Richey.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, April 18th from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. in the sanctuary of the First Baptist Church of Clinton.
