Lynne Simmons Frick

Lynne Simmons Frick, age 58, of 803 Church Street, passed away Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at MUSC.
She was born in Union, SC and was a daughter of the late Julian (Bo) and Isabelle (Belle) Horne Simmons.
Mrs. Frick was employed as a Nurse’s Assistant with Dr. Robert Yannetti, and member of the Carlisle United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband Edward J. Frick, of the home; her sons Brian Andrew (Chrissy) of Greenwood, and Jamie Andrews (Lenka) of Charlotte, NC; her brother Tommy Simmons (Tina) of Greenwood; her Godson Zach Simmons and her grandchildren Lukas, Nadia, Tyler, and Logan.
She was predeceased by a brother, Bill Davis.
Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, March 16th at 2:00 p.m. at the Whitmire Pentecostal Holiness Church with burial in Whitmire Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Saturday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Serving as active pallbearers will be Fred Howard, Michael Thomas, Ethan Boulware Chris Powell, Wayne Boulware, and Walter Frick.
Serving as honorary pallbearers will be the staff of Dr. Robert Yannetti’s Offices of Union and Whitmire, and Roche Pharmacy.
Memorials may be made to the Whitmire Rescue Squad, 192 Gilliam Street, Whitmire, SC 29178.
The family would like to give a special thank you to the Staff of Wallace Thompson Hospital and MUSC for their excellent care for Lynne Frick during her illness.
