Madge Robbins Waldrep, age 93, passed away Saturday, February 10, 2018 at National HealthCare of Laurens.
She was born in Laurens and was the daughter of the late A.B. and Lois Adair Jacks.
Mrs. Waldrep retired from Whitten Center after 33 years of service and was a lifelong member of Leesville Southern Methodist Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Jackie Sullivan (Carl) of Clinton, Frances McDonald (David) of Dalton, GA; a son, Everett Robbins (Lynn) of Clinton; a sister, Almeda Jacks Rogers of Clinton; seven grandchildren, Kelly Jones, Todd McDonald, Philip McDonald, Robin Hornberger, Fran Robbins, Sherrill Robbins Logan Robbins Tucker and twelve great-grandchildren, Avery and Annabrook McDonald, Addison and Elijah Hornberger, Walker, Colton and Kate Jones, Savannah, Chloe and Mason, Jones and Lane McDonald.
In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husbands, Frances Everett Robbins and Johnny H. Waldrep, along with her brothers, A.B. Jacks, Jr., James R. Jacks and Erskine A. (Ert) Jacks.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday, February 12th at 11:00 AM at the Leesville Southern Methodist Church by the Rev. Dr. David McDonald and Rev. Dr. Vic Reasoner, with burial in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 9:30 to 11:00 A.M. on Monday in the church sanctuary.
