Margaret Sadler Copeland

Margaret Sadler Copeland, widow of Carol (Red) Copeland, passed away June 8, 2006 in Clinton, SC at age 93.
Mrs. Copeland was active in the First Presbyterian Church of Clinton and served as a Sunday School teacher and officer of the Women of the Church. She was also a former teacher, basketball and tennis coach. She was active in the YMCA and enjoyed playing golf and tennis.
She is survived by her son, Thomas W. Copeland of Clinton; and two grandchildren, Tommy Copeland of Charleston, SC and Carol Sadler Copeland of Clinton and Rock Hill, SC; a brother, Milton Sadler of Rock Hill; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was pre-deceased by a sister, Frances Sadler Poe, and a brother, David Hope Sadler.
Graveside services will be held at Rosemont Cemetery in Clinton at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, June 10th, where the family will greet friends after the service.
Gray Funeral Home of Clinton is serving the family.
