Margarita “Margo” Testone Farmer died Friday, December 29, 2006 at her home.
She was born in Oveido, Spain and was the daughter of Ermogenes Testone and Ramona Ribero, and the granddaughter of Simone Ribero and Carmen Cuadriallo, and the niece of a beloved uncle, Pedro Ribero, all of Spain.
Her family included two brothers, Jose Manuel Testone and Carlos Testone; her sister, Ludi Capo; two nephews, Pedro Capo and Salba Capo. She also had several nieces and nephews from her two brothers, all of Spain.
She was married to Gerald Farmer of Ward and had two children, Cissy Samples and Joseph P. Farmer of Clinton. Margo also had three grandchildren, Brandon Rook, Amanda McGowan, and Emily Claire Farmer all of Clinton. Her best friend was William Belk of Laurens.
Services will be held on January 1, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at Gray Funeral Home Chapel. A Roman Catholic service will be conducted by Father James Crowley.
