Marion L. Owens

Marion L. Owens age 76 of 105 Young Drive, and widow of Derriel W. Owens died Friday, March 7, 2008 at her home.
She was born in Easley and was the daughter of the late Lawrence J. and Cleo Gailliard LaBoone.
Mrs. Owens was a retired employee of Belk Department Store and was a member of Bramlett Methodist Church.
She is survived by two sons, Michael D. Owens and wife, Janet of Savannah, GA, and Bradford L. Owens and wife, Ada of Tampa, FL; two daughters, Marion Elizabeth Owens of the home and Margaret Scott Rabb and husband, John W. Rabb, Jr. of Columbia; five grandchildren, Morgan M. Owens, Mallory E. Owens, Michael W. Rabb, Amanda V. Owens, and Austin B. Owens; a brother, Joseph L. LaBoone and wife, Lynn of Easley; three sisters, Margaret Dacus and husband, Howard of Asheville, NC, Betty Cantrell of Summerville, and Barbara Smith of Easley.
Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, March 10th at 11:00 a.m. in the Gray Funeral Home Chapel in Clinton with private burial in the Greenlawn Memorial Park in Easley.
The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
