Marjorie B. “Margie” Hogan, age 84 died Wednesday, December 30, 2009 at Morningside Assisted Living in Greenwood.
She was born in Hickory, NC and was a daughter of the late Thomas McNeil and Sallie Rosavelle Lafone Buff.
Mrs. Hogan was retired from 3M/GE Ceramics Division and was a member of Joanna Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are one son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Marcia Hogan of Greenwood, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, Walker Josie Hogan, Sr. and a son, Eugene Fred Hogan.
A memorial service will be held graveside at Pinelawn Memory Gardens, Saturday, January 9, 2010 at 3:00 p.m.
The family will greet friends after the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Joanna Presbyterian Church, 199 Moultrie St., Joanna, SC 29351.
