Mark Alan Stewart

Mark Alan Stewart, age 67, husband of Robbie June Stewart, passed away Sunday, October 6, 2024 at his home.

Mark was born on July 30, 1957, in Monroe, Michigan, to the late Keith Earl Stewart and Arden Karolin Carpenter. A proud graduate of Flint Northern High School, Class of 1975, he also completed his training in Auto Body Repair at the Genesee Area Skill Center that same year. Mark was the Owner and Operator of R&M Corporate Services, Stewart's Auto Restoration and Repair, and Stewart's Auto Repair, LLC. His dedication extended beyond his work; he served his country honorably in the U.S. Army 101st Airborne from 1983 to 1985, where he became trained in Air Assault and earned the title of Jungle Expert.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Rusty Mills (Becky) of Boiling Springs, SC and Amanda Mills of Laurens, SC; his grandchildren, Ashtyn Mills of Boiling Springs, SC, Maelyn Smith (Curtis) of Mauldin, SC, and Wesley Smith of Laurens, SC; his brothers, Chris Stewart of Elizabethton, TN, Jeff Mayer (Lesley) of Columbiaville, MI, Troy Stewart (Kim) of Essexville, MI, and Todd Stewart of Ft. Meyers, FL; his sisters, Darla Appel (Dennis) of Cape Coral, FL, and Maria Fauss (Mark) of Flint, MI.

In addition to his parents,  he was preceded in death by his sister, Rebekkah Stewart.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, October 12, 2024 at 12 PM at the Gray Funeral Home Chapel of Laurens with Rev. Jeff Grant officiating.

The family will receive friends prior to the service from 11 AM to 12 PM at the funeral home.
