Martha "Marty" Mcglohon

Martha “Marty” McGlohon age 77 and widow of Frank McGlohon of 484 Penland Rd., passed away Wednesday, May 25, 2016.
She was born in Laurens, SC and was a daughter of the late George P. and Martha Jane Lee Tumblin.
Mrs. McGlohon was a former employee of Walmart Distribution, Bell Federation of the Blind and Senior Options. She was a member of Lucas Avenue Baptist Church.
Surviving are two sons, Byron L. McGlohon, Kevin McGlohon; one daughter, Pamela D. Gibson (Timothy Gibson); five grandchildren, Nicki Phillips, Grayson Phillips, Tabitha McGlohon, Shannon McGlohon, Beverly Abercrombie and six great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband she was predeceased by a son, Michael L. McGlohon, three brothers and three sisters.
A memorial service will be conducted Saturday, May 28th at 1:00 P.M. in the Gray Funeral Home Chapel.
