Marvin Earl Wilbanks

Marvin Earl Wilbanks, age 70, of Whitmire, SC, passed away, Monday, July 22, 2024 at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital.
Earl was born March 24, 1954 in Daytona, Florida, and was a son of Lucille Erskine Wilbanks and the late Charles Wilbanks, Sr. He was a welder, handyman, and a jack of all trades. Earl attended The Master’s Baptist Church.
He is survived by his son, Jonathan Wilbanks (Holly) of Georgia; his daughter, Veronica Trevino (Wayne); his brothers, Jerry Wilbanks, Terry Wilbanks and Frankie Wilbanks (Linda) all of Newberry; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and many beloved nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM on Friday, July 26, 2024 at the Gray Funeral Home Chapel of Whitmire with Rev. Todd Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at the Whitmire Cemetery.
Visitation will be held prior to the service from 1:00-3:00 PM at the funeral home.
The family will be at the home of his mother, 222 Grant Street, Whitmire, SC 29178.
