Mary Paxton Moss age 89, the widow of Charles E. Moss, passed away Friday, May 6, 2016 at the Millennium Nursing Home in West Columbia, SC.
She was born in Six Mile, SC, and was a daughter of the late Charles and Josephine Roberts Paxton and the last of their 12 children.
Surviving are her son, Gil Moss and wife Paula of Laurens; a daughter, Kim Haselden and husband, Kenny of Myrtle Beach; four grandchildren, Chad Funderburk, Melia Moss Flores, Lanna Smith, and Rhett Haselden; six great grandchildren, Chase Funderburk, Pippa Flores, Paxton Flores, Channing Leigh-Anne O’Halloran, Allie Funderburk, and Aiden Funderburk.
In addition to her parent and siblings she is predeceased by her daughters, Connie Funderburk, Tonya Moss and Mary Charles Hubbard and grandson Clay Funderburk.
Graveside services will be conducted Saturday, May 14th, at 11:00 a.m. at the Confidence United Methodist Church Cemetery in Eastanollee, GA.
