Mary Alice Thomas Pugh

Mary Alice Thomas Pugh age 76, a longtime resident of Whitmire, SC and a present resident of Saluda, NC passed away Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at the St. Luke’s Hospital in Columbus, NC.
She was born in Whitmire, SC and was a daughter of the late Ealie Clyde and Louella Hunnicutt Thomas.
Mrs. Pugh was a former employee of Carlisle Finishing and retired from Whitten Center.
Surviving are her husband, Leroy C. “L.C.” Pugh, Jr. of the home; two sons, Timothy Pugh (Tracy) of Whitmire and Mason Pugh (Michelle) of Newberry; a sister, Barbara Bowman of Simpsonville; and four grandchildren.
She was predeceased by a daughter, Maria Pugh and a brother, Ronald Thomas.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, April 3rd at 5 P.M. in the Whitmire Cemetery.
The family will receive friends before the service Friday at 4 P.M. at the funeral home.
