Mary Ruth Craven King

Mary Ruth Craven King, age 83, of 122 Sally Dr., passed away Sunday, April 5th , 2015, at her home surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in Newberry County and was a daughter of the late John Ellis Craven and Helen Moates Craven.
Ruth was an employee of Monsanto and after retiring, she continued to work for the next 20 years with McDonalds.
Surviving are her two daughters, Pamela King Lollis and husband, Larry, of Mountville, and Wanda King Cunningham and husband, Jim, of Waterloo; her two brothers, Derrill E. Craven of Blanchard, OK, and Jerry Ned Craven and wife, Nancy, of Greenville, SC; two granddaughters, Amy White McAlister of Clinton and Amanda Perrin Lollis of Laurens.
She was predeceased by three brothers, John Ellis Craven, Jr., Richard Carlisle Craven and William Dowling Craven; two great grandsons, Seth Tanner McAlister and Ian Taylor McAlister.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, April 8th , at 2:00 p.m. in the Gray Funeral Home Chapel with entombment in the Pinelawn Memory Garden Mausoleum.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m..
The family will be at residence 122 Sally Dr., Clinton, SC.
