Mary Frances Hollingsworth Young

Mary Frances Hollingsworth Young, age, 92 of Clinton, SC, widow of William Luther Young, passed away Sunday, November 5, 2017 at NHC of Clinton.
She was born is Chappells, SC and is the daughter of the late Herman Dennis and Ethel Wessinger Hollingsworth. She was the Secretary of Clinton Elementary for more than 20 years, a member of the Farm Bureau Women’s Federation, she was a member of the Bush River Joyful Hearts Club, and was a member of Bush River Baptist Church.
She is survived by her two sons; Billy Young (Beth) of Spartanburg, and Robert Young (Karen) of Kinards; her grandchildren Tal Young and Mary Beth Hood (Maurice) of Spartanburg, Karley and Rachel Young of Kinards; her great-grandson, Noah Hood; and her sisters, Marie Gilliam of Lexington and Bobbi Zobel of Newberry.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at 3 PM at Bush River Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery.
Family will receive friends at 2 PM prior to the service in the church fellowship hall.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Bush River Baptist Church Children’s Ministries, 8936 Bush River Road, Newberry, SC 29108.
