Mary Barrineau Lowman

Mary B. Lowman, age 79, of 113 Workman St. and widow of Cullen (Curly) Lowman died Sunday, February 12th in the NHC of Clinton.
She was born in Manning and was the daughter of the late Henry C. and Beulah Altman Barrineau.
Mrs. Lowman was retired from Whitten Center and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Joanna.
She is survived by a son, Cullen R. Lowman, Jr. of Joanna; a brother, Scott Barrineau of Sumter; two sisters, Carolyn Merchant of Joanna and Beulah Smith of Florence; four grandchildren, Jeremy Lowman of Clinton, Brandi Lowman of Mountville, Stewart Lowman of Cross Hill and Eric Lowman of Joanna; and 5 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. in the Gray Funeral Home Chapel with interment in the Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
