Mary Lewis Salter

Mary Lewis Salter, age 73 of 2455 Salter Rd. died Sunday, February 3, 2008 at the Laurens County Hospital.
She was born in Laurens and was a daughter of the late Joseph and Cora Lee Davis Trammell.
Surviving are her husband, Raymond B. Salter of the home; two children, Dianna Tucker of Clinton and Mr. & Mrs. Ronnie Salter of Chappells; three grandchildren, Annitta Blakely and Deana McAbee of Clinton and Ethan Lewis of Ninety Six; two great grandchildren, Drew and Matt McAbee of Clinton.
Mrs. Salter was predeceased by a son, James T. Lewis and grandchild, Jamie Lewis.
Graveside services will be conducted Tuesday, Feb. 5th at 2:00 p.m. at the Soule Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery in Chappells.
The family will receive friends Monday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
