Mavin Perry Long, Jr., age 44 of 107 Oakland St., died Friday, June 1, 2012 at his home.
He was born in Greenville and was a son of Nancy Jane Pruitt and the late Mavin P. Long Sr.
Mr. Long was a welder and a veteran of the U S Marine Corp.
Surviving are his wife, Donna J. Long of the home, two sons, Robert Perry Long and John Christopher Long both of Clinton, one daughter, Kayla Denise Long of Clinton, two brothers, Frankie Long of Laurens and Lonnie Long of Sumter and three grandchildren, Autam Walden, Christopher Long and Jessen Walden.
A memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
