Melvin A. "Plug" Seay

Melvin A. “Plug” Seay, age 91 of 315 Sloan St. died Wednesday, March 10, 2010 in the Laurens County Hospital.
He was born in Greer and was a son of the late James Henry and Cordelia Thomas Seay.
Mr. Seay was retired from Clinton Mills was a member of the First Pentecostal Holiness Church and a US Army veteran of WWII.
Surviving are two sons; Melvin “Randy” Seay of the home and Maxie Seay of Clinton; one daughter, Teresa Harris of Clinton; one sister, Marquerite Glenn of Greenville; two granddaughters, Amber and Maxine Seay and five great grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his wife, Margaret Brazill Seay.
Graveside services will be conducted Friday, Mar. 12th at 11:00 a.m. at Pinelawn Memory Gardens by Rev. Sherrill Green.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
