Michael D. Van Vranken

Michael D. Van Vranken, age 78, of 504 AB Jacks Rd., passed away Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at his home.
He was born in Chicago, IL and was a son of the late Warren George Van Vranken, Jr. and Lurline Frank Van Vranken.
Mike worked in several states in sheet metal fabrication before his retirement from Santa Rosa Heating and Air. He was also a veteran, having served proudly in the United States Army.
Surviving are his wife, Mary Sue Van Vranken; his three sons, Michael Van Vranken (Cindy), Scott Van Vranken (Lee Ann), Brian Van Vranken (Natalie); his daughter, Linda Stamm (Tony); his step-children, Andy Sumeral (Tammy), Rusty Sumeral (Chrissy), Beth Oliver (Dee); his sister, Sally Van Vranken; eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and numerous step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his eight siblings.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, March 17th at 2:00 P.M. in the Gray Funeral Home Chapel and burial with Military Honors will follow at Pinelawn Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Sunday at the funeral home from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M.
