Mildred O. (Mickey) Smith, age 78 of 411 Byrnes St. and widow of Claude Lee Smith, Sr. died at her home on Tuesday, April 25, 2006.
She was born in Clayton, Georgia and was a daughter of the late James and Della Coffee Nichols.
She was retired from Clinton Mills and was a member of the First Pentecostal Holiness Church of Clinton.
Surviving are two sons, Claude Smith, Jr. and Jerry Smith both of Clinton; two daughters, Jenny Burton of Clinton and Etta Attaway of Joanna; two sisters, Bonnie Davis of Atlanta, GA and Jerrie Murphy of Baltimore, MD, fourteen grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 2:00 p.m. in the First Pentecostal Holiness Church with burial in Rosemont Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at Gray Funeral Home.
