Minnie M. Price, age 94 formerly of 501 Sims St., Whitmire, SC and widow of John Paul Price went home to be with her Lord and Savior Monday, May 4, 2009 at the National Healthcare of Clinton.
She was born in Whitmire, SC and was a daughter of the late Henry E. and Minnie Lee Spells Mars.
Mrs. Price was a homemaker and member of the Heritage Wesleyan Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Nancy Long and husband, David of Laurens, Dorothy Hamilton and husband, Eugene of Pensacola, FL; daughter-in-law, Genalyn Price of Clinton; four grandchildren, Rev. Earl Long and wife, Kimberly of Lynchburg, VA, Lisa Monts of Jacksonville, FL, Wayne Monts and wife, Tammy of Swansea and Rhonda Price of Greenville and four great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by a son, Edward Price and grandson, Brian Long.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, May 6th at 3:00 p.m. in the Heritage Wesleyan Church with burial in the Whitmire Cemetery.
Mrs. Price’s body will be taken home, 501 Sims St., Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. where the family will receive friends.
