Nancy Johnson Lamb, age 89 and widow of Albert E. Lamb, died Monday, February 20th in the Laurens County Hospital.
She was born in Sedalia and was a daughter of the late Ben and Ellen Johnson.
She was a former employee of Carolina Blouse Co. in Woodruff and a member of New Hope Baptist Church in Cross Anchor.
She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Surviving are two daughters and their spouses, Jeanne Hannah and James of Clinton, Mary Beth Lance and Donald of Cross Anchor, three grandchildren and their spouses, Tommy and Linda Sims of Cross Anchor, Sissy and Mike Jones of
Anderson and Alesia and Scott Godfrey of Cross Anchor; two great grandchildren, Lance and William Godfrey of Cross Anchor, two step-grandchildren and five step-great-great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by a brother, Sam Johnson and four sisters, Electa Burnette,
Carrie Kingsmore, Bessie Kate Stewart and Maude Bishop.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, Feb. 22n at 3:00 p.m. in Gray Funeral Home Chapel of Clinton with burial in Rosemont Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at Gray Funeral Home.
