Nancy Benjamin Trammell

Nancy Benjamin Trammell, age 87 of 946 Georgia Rd. and widow of Ansel W. Trammell died Tuesday, January 18, 2011 at the Laurens County Hospital.
She was born in Laurens County and was a daughter of the late J. B. and Faye Culbertson Benjamin.
Mrs. Trammell was retired from the Laurens Glass Plant and was a member of the Gray Court First Baptist Church.
Surviving are two sons, Wayne Madden of York and Joseph Madden of Gray Court; three daughters, Janet Thumpston of Charlotte, NC, Marie Ireland of Atlanta, GA and Sandra Degges of Canton, GA and thirteen grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, Jan. 20th at 2:00 p.m. at the Gray Funeral Home Chapel of Laurens with burial in the New Prospect Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
