Naomi Bledsoe Schumpert, age 85 of 1650 Blacksgate East, widow of John Peter (Pete) Schumpert, Sr., died Monday, Dec. 11, 2006 at home.
She was born in Saluda and was a daughter of the late Ed and Mary Jennings Bledsoe.
She was a homemaker and member of Butler Methodist Church in Saluda.
Surviving are one son, John Pete Schumpert, Jr. and wife Becky of Prosperity; three daughters, Carolyn Lindler of Whitmire, Louise Dillard and husband, Bobby of Whitmire, Judy Ann Moore of Simpsonville; one sister, Vadis Black of Bonds Cross Roads; ten grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be conducted Wednesday, Dec. 13th at 2:00 p.m. in Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
