Nellie O. Dean, age 83 of 42 Peachtree St. died Tuesday, October 5, 2010 at Summit Place Living Center in Simpsonville.
She was a retired employee of Clinton Mills Lydia Plant; a member of Lydia Presbyterian Church and known as “Granny Nell” to many Nieces and Nephews.
Surviving are one daughter, Lucy Banks and husband, Roger of Hodges, a niece, Mena Templeton of Clinton, one grandson, Michael and wife, Jennifer Banks, three great-granddaughters, Avery, Emily and Marley.
A memorial service will be held, Thursday, Oct. 7th at 2:00 p.m. in the Gray Funeral Home Chapel.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday evening at the funeral home.
