Noemi Goeckel

Noemi Goeckel, age 54, of Clinton, SC, born in New Hartford, NY, passed away unexpectedly Monday March 4, 2024.
She grew up in Utica, NY and moved to Clinton, SC in 1993. She fiercely loved her family and friends. She was generous and thoughtful and would often help others in the community if there was a need. In her spare time, she would restore furniture in her workshop; she often called her “Dame Den”. The one thing that brought her the most happiness was being surrounded by family. She will be immensely missed by the many lives she touched.
She is survived by her son, Philip Goeckel (wife Jennifer), daughter, Julia Anderson (Goeckel; husband Devin), granddaughter, Isabella Goeckel, brothers Oscar Irizarry (wife Shellie) and Philip Irizarry (wife Carol), and parents Felipe Irizarry (father) and Julia Irizarry (mother).
A Funeral Mass will be held 10:00 AM, Friday, March 15, 2024 at Saint Mary Magdalene Catholic Church in Simpsonville, SC.
