Nora Jean James Harris

Nora Jean James Harris, age 80, of Clinton, SC, widow of Charles Mitchell Harris, passed away, Friday, January 26, 2024.
Born September 15, 1943 in Clinton, SC, she was a daughter of the late Charlie Tarrant and Eva Bell Hill James. Nora retired from the Torrington Bearing Company after many years of service. She was an artist and loved painting in her free time. Nora was of the Presbyterian faith and enjoyed attending Mountville Presbyterian church.
She is survived by her brothers, George James, Thomas James, and William Russell James, all of Clinton, and many well-loved nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brother, Charles Robert James, Sr.
A Graveside Service will be held 11:00 AM Monday, January 29th at Pinelawn Memory Gardens with Rev. Mike Campbell officiating.
The family will greet friends immediately following the service at the graveside.
Memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
