Norma Anderson Lehn
Norma Anderson Lehn, 83, a life-long resident of Clinton, SC, and resident of Bailey Manor, died on Sunday, October 10, 2010 at the Hospice House in Clinton, the result of a stroke suffered several days earlier at her home. She was born in Sumter, SC, on July 21, 1927, the daughter of Collie William and Rose Wilson Anderson. She was married in 1946 to Gerhard John Lehn, her beloved and devoted husband, with whom she spent 43 happy years until his death in 1989. She is survived by her two children, Collie William Lehn and his wife, Joy Adams Lehn, and Charlotte Lehn Strickland, and her husband Robert Michael Strickland, all of Clinton. She was the proud grandmother of three, Collie W. Lehn, Jr. and his wife, Kacy, of Greenville, Jason Anderson Lehn, and his wife, Sarah, of Lookout Mountain, TN, and Robert Michael Strickland, Jr. of Clinton. She dearly loved her four surviving great-grandchildren, Carson and Brooks Lehn and Campbell and Thatcher Lehn. Also surviving is a devoted sister, Barbara Anderson Frady of Clinton along with six nieces and three nephews, George W. Frady, Jr. of Clinton, Daniel E. Orr, Jr. of Clinton, Stephen A. Orr of Clinton, Kathryn F. Long of Simpsonville, Lynn F. Mims of Waterloo, Dorothy F. Edwards of Asheville, NC, Barbara F. Nelson of Charlotte, NC, Rosemary O. Houston of Easley, and Norma O. Bedell of Easley. She was predeceased by her sister, Catherine (Tot) Anderson Campbell who died in 2006.
Following a private family burial service and interment at Pinelawn Memory Gardens on Tuesday, October 12th, a Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Clinton. Visitation will follow immediately after the memorial service in the church’s fellowship hall. Condolences may be expressed to the family at

Norma Lehn will be remembered by her family and friends as an intensely private person and one who generously shared her blessings with others. This gentle lady was devoted to her family and close friends, especially her bridge club of sixty years, and lived out her life in quiet service to her Lord Jesus Christ in whom her faith was deeply rooted.
